| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vybrané problémy logistiky podniku Aerosol service, který se zabývá výrobou polyuretanových pěn a technických aerosolů. Cílem práce je analyzovat stávající logistické procesy podniku, včetně řízení zásob, toků materiálu a informací a na základě zjištěných poznatků formulovat případná doporučení ke změnám. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž teoretická část se věnuje poznatkům z odborné literatury a praktická část aplikuje tyto poznatky na podnik Aerosol service. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku podniku a jeho organizační struktury, popisuje informační systém podniku, přístup k výběru dodavatelů a spolupráci s dodavateli, analyzuje logistické procesy, zásoby a jejich řídící hladiny a principy řízení a plánování materiálu. Závěrečné kapitoly jsou věnovány materiálovým a informačním tokům ve skladovém hospodářství podniku. Na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou formulována doporučení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on selected logistic problems of Aerosol services, the company engaged in the production of polyurethane foams and technical aerosols. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the current logistics processes of the company, including inventory management, material and information flows, and to formulate possible recommendations for changes based on the results. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part, with the theoretical part focusing on findings from the literature and the practical part applying these findings to the Aerosol service company. The practical part contains the characteristics of the company and its organizational structure, describes the information system of the company, the approach to supplier selection and cooperation with suppliers, analyzes logistics processes, inventories and their management levels and the principles of material management and planning. The final chapter is devoted to material and information flows in the warehouse management of the company. Based on the results, recommendations will be suggested. |
