| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a porovnáním důchodových systémů v České republice a Rakousku. Cílem je zhodnotit, jak obě země přistupují k reformám svých penzijních systémů a jaké strategie zvolily pro zajištění jejich udržitelnosti a efektivity v reakci na současné a budoucí sociální a ekonomické výzvy. Práce poskytuje detailní pohled na historický vývoj, současný stav a nedávné inovace v důchodových systémech obou zemí, s důrazem na jejich ekonomické a sociální dopady. Závěry práce nabízejí doporučení pro politické činitele jak lépe řešit demografické výzvy a finanční tlaky, kterým čelí důchodové systémy v obou zemích. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis analyzes and compares the pension systems in the Czech Republic and Austria. The aim is to assess how both countries approach the reforms of their pension systems and the strategies they have chosen to ensure their sustainability and effectiveness in response to current and future social and economic challenges. The thesis provides a detailed view of the historical development, current state, and recent innovations in the pension systems of both countries, emphasizing their economic and social impacts. The conclusions offer recommendations for policymakers on how to better address demographic challenges and financial pressures faced by the pension systems in both countries. |
