| dc.description.abstract | Tato disertační práce se zabývá udržitelnou výkonností a jejím reportingem. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat současný stav reportování udržitelné výkonnosti podniků a navrhnout doporučení ohledně reportovaných indikátorů v podobě setu indikátorů udržitelné výkonnosti dle jednotlivých oblastí ESG. Nejprve jsou za pomoci literární rešerše vymezeny základní pojmy související s udržitelnou výkonností, jejím měřením a reportováním. Následně se autorka zabývá významností reportování udržitelné výkonnosti podniků, legislativní úpravou dané problematiky v EU a metodikami pro její sestavení. Systematická literární rešerše předchází samotné prezentaci realizovaného výzkumu zaměřeného na obsahové vymezení reportování nefinančních (ESG) informací TOP 100 podniků dle obratu v ČR za rok 2022 a jeho výsledků. Za pomoci popisné statistiky je posouzen způsob reportování, korelační analýzy a PLS-SEM modelování je použito pro ověření možných závislostí reportovaných udržitelných indikátorů na vybraných charakteristikách podniku. Navržené doporučení v podobě setu indikátorů z jednotlivých ESG oblastí je verifikováno za použití polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s odborníky z praxe. Nejsou opomenuty ani limitace a přínosy práce. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This dissertation deals with sustainable performance and its reporting. The main goal of this thesis is to map the current state of reporting on the corporate sustainable performance and propose recommendations regarding reported indicators in the form of a set of indicators of sustainable performance according to individual ESG areas. First, through the literature research, the basic terms related to sustainable performance, its measurement, and reporting are defined. Subsequently, the author deals with the importance of reporting on corporate sustainability and the legislative in EU and methodical regulation of the given issue. A systematic literature search precedes the actual presentation of the outputs of the conducted research focused on the content of reporting non-financial (ESG) information of the TOP 100 companies by turnover in the Czech Republic for the year 2022 and its results. Using descriptive statistics, the method of reporting is described. Correlation analysis and PLS-SEM modeling are used to verify possible dependencies of the reported sustainable indicators on selected company characteristics. The proposed recommendation in the form of a set of indicators from individual ESG areas is verified using semi-structured interviews. Limitations of the work and benefits of this disseration are also presented. | en |
