| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem chronické bolesti na kvalitu života pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem. V teoretické části se věnuje bolesti jako takové, dále chronické bolesti, kvalitě života a škole zad. Vzhledem k tomu, že chronické bolesti zad trápí opravdu velkou část populace, tak se praktická část zabývá intervencí školy zad, která by měla pomáhat předcházet právě těmto obtížím. Pro tento výzkum byli vybráni pacienti z ambulantního rehabilitačního centra. Pro sběr dat k této výzkumné části bakalářské práce byl zvolen dotazník kvality života Short Form (SF-36), vizuální analogová škála (VAS) a dotazník DN4 (Douleur Neuropathique en 4 Questions). Dále proběhlo srovnání výsledků kvality života pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem s výsledky diplomové práce s názvem "Vliv chronické bolesti na kvalitu života nemocného" z roku 2004. Dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, jak se kvalita života jedinců s tímto syndro-mem po dvaceti letech změnila. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the effect of chronic pain on the quality of life of patients with vertebrogenic algic syndrome. In the theoretical part, it discusses pain as such, chro-nic pain, quality of life and back pain. Since chronic back pain affects a large part of the population, the practical part deals with the intervention of back school, which should help to prevent these difficulties. Patients from an outpatient rehabilitation centre were selected for this research. To collect data for this research part of the bachelor's thesis, the quality of life questionnaire Short Form (S-36), the visual analogue scale (VAS) and the DN4 questionnaire (Douleur Neuropathique en 4 Questions) were chosen. Furthermore, the quality of life results of patients with vertebrogenic algic syndrome were compared with the results of the thesis entitled "The effect of chronic pain on the patient's quality of life" from 2004. The sub-objective was to determine how the quality of life of individuals with this syndrome changed after twenty years. |
