| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje možnostem ortotického ošetření dětských pacientů s diagnózou dětská mozková obrna. Přibližuje dané onemocnění, jeho patologický dopad na nohu i obraz chůze dítěte a popisuje princip a efekt řešení této problematiky pomocí individuálně zhotovených proprioceptivních ortéz. Záměrem této práce bylo zvoleno popsání současných tří přístupů k výrobě daného typu pomůcky a následné zpřehlednění jejich předností i nevýhod. Text obsahuje návod k technologiím i subjektivní vnímání rozdílů a preferencí v užívání a fabrikaci takto vyrobených ortéz z pohledu pacienta a jeho rodiče i ortotika. Cílem je poskytnout čtenáři ucelený vhled do problematiky umožňující základní orientaci v principu, indikaci i výrobě pomůcky. Sběr dat proběhl v průběhu čtyř měsíců na pracovišti Protetika Plzeň s.r.o. Během nich byla provedena dokumentace výrobního procesu a vedeny rozhovory s vybavovaným dítětem, jeho rodičem i ortotikem. Bakalářská práce splňuje stanovené cíle a předkládá tak nový materiál umožňující seznámení se s možnostmi výroby popisované pomůcky i kvalitami, které usnadňují volbu mezi nimi. Práce je proto určená jako studijní materiál pro absolventy rehabilitačních oborů a pro pracovníky v této oblasti, kteří s danou pomůckou začínají pracovat. Dále je poskytnut podklad pro budoucí širší pojetí odborných prací na toto téma, jelikož proprioceptivní ortézy představují na území České republiky poměrně nový koncept, který se bude dále dynamicky rozvíjet. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor Thesis focuses on the options of orthotic equipment of child patients facing the diagnosis Cerebral Palsy. It introduces the disease, its pathological impact on the patient's foot and gait and describes the principle and effect of solving this issue using individually fabricated proprioceptive orthoses. The aim of the Thesis was chosen to be the description of the three currently available methods of producing this type of aid and the consequent layout of each method's pros and cons. The text contains the instructions for said technologies while also providing and insight into the subjective perception of the differences and preferences through the eyes of the child patient, its parent and orthotist. The purpose is to offer a comprehensive overview of the topic enabling the reader to understand the basics of the principle, indication and fabrication regarding the aid. The data had been collected throughout four months at the workplace Protetika Plzeň s.r.o., during which the manufacturing process was documented and interviews were led with the child, its parent and orthotist. The Bachelor Thesis fulfils its proclaimed goals and therefore delivers a new material providing the introduction to the available methods of making said orthosis and the qualities based on which one finds it easier to to be able to choose between them. The text is therefore dedicated to the graduates of Majors in Rehabilitation Sciences and to those who already work in the field and are new to approaching this aid. Furthermore, the basis is being laid for future wider exploration of this topic, as the concept of proprioceptive orthoses can still be considered quite young in our surroundings and is surely going to face dynamic expansion. |
