| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ortotickým vybavením po cévní mozkové příhodě. Je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá cévní mozkovou příhodou, konkrétně rizikovými faktory, dělením a následky. Dále jsou zde popsány možnosti vhodných ortotických pomůcek. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiky tří pacientů, u kterých byly provedeny testy pro určení rozdílů mezi užíváním a neužíváním ortéz. Cílem této bakalářské práce je shromáždit dostupné informace o cévní mozkové příhodě a možnostech ortotického vybavení pro horní a dolní končetinu. Dále je záměrem prokázat důležitost užívání ortéz. Těchto cílů bylo dosaženo pomocí odběru anamnézy, rozboru stoje a chůze, Timed Up and Go testu a Barthel indexu. Z tohoto sledování vyšlo najevo, že při užívání ortéz pro horní končetinu ovlivníme její postavení. Dále pokud využívá ortézu pro dolní končetinu, dojde ke zlepšení stereotypu a rychlosti chůze, a také mají pozitivní vliv na soběstačnost. Tyto poznatky poukazují na důležitost ortotických pomůcek, a proto je vhodné je využívat, aby se neprohloubily následky cévní mozkové příhody. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with post-stroke orthotic eguipment. orthotic equipment. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with stroke, specifically risk factors, division and consequences. It also describes options for appropriate orthotic devices. The practical part contains case reports of three patients who were tested to determine the differences between the use and non-use of orthoses. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to gather available information on stroke and orthotic options for the upper and lower limb. Furthermore, the intention is to demonstrate the importance of orthosis use. These objectives were achieved by taking a history, analysis of standing and walking, Timed Up and Go test and Barthel index. From this observation, it was found that the use of upper limb orthoses will affect the position of the upper limb. Furthermore, when using a brace for the lower limb there will be an improvement in stereotype and gait speed, and also have a positive effect on self-sufficiency. These findings point to the importance of orthotic devices, and it is therefore advisable to use them in order not to aggravate the consequences of stroke. |
