| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o objektivní odpovědnosti provozovatele vozidla, která je stěžejní pro všechny vlastníky a provozovatele vozidel. Práce se zabývá pojmy, které jsou s touto problematikou spojeny, dále přestupky provozovatele vozidla, následnou liberací a konkrétními liberačními důvody. V neposlední řadě srovnává českou právní úpravu s rakouskou právní úpravou a nastiňuje možnosti, jak objektivní odpovědnost obejít. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the objective responsibility of the vehicle operator, which is crucial for all vehicle owners and operators. The thesis deals with the concepts associated with this issue, the offences of the vehicle operator, the subsequent liberalisation and the specific liberalisation grounds. Last but not least, it compares the Czech legislation with the Austrian legislation and outlines the possibilities to circumvent the objective responsibility |
