| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá podrobnou analýzou dopadu pracovního prostředí na psychickou a fyzickou zátěž zaměstnanců. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické informace týkající se problematiky ergonomie, péče o zdraví pracovníků, nemocem z povolání a obecné prevenci pracovní zátěže. V další části je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, jehož výsledky budou podrobeny detailní analýze dat pomocí nástroje Power BI. Závěrečná část obsahuje souhrn získaných informací a představení nápravných opatření pro zlepšení situace v průmyslových podnicích. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with a detailed analysis of the impact of the working environment on the psychological and physical stress of employees. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical information related to ergonomics, health care of workers, occupational diseases and general prevention of workload. In the next part, a questionnaire survey is conducted, the results of which will be subjected to detailed data analysis using the Power BI tool. The final part contains a summary of the information obtained and the presentation of corrective measures to improve the situation in industrial enterprises. |
