| Abstract: | Prezentace výzkumu a prezentace samotné výzkumné skupiny je v dnešní době velmi důležitá. Každá výzkumná skupina, která chce být ve světě známa a která chce svým výzkumem zaujmout lidi, potřebuje prezentovat svůj výzkum. Cílem mé práce je analyzovat jak výzkumné skupiny v International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility, na Katedře informatiky a výpočetní techniky a další výzkumné skupiny na světově známých univerzitách prezentují svůj výzkum. Tato analýza je použita při návrhu prezentačních stránek českého neuroinformatického uzlu. Dále je zde analýza systémů pro správu obsahu, protože prezentační stránky jsou vytvořeny využitím jednoho z analyzovaných systémů pro správu obsahu. Dalším cílem mé práce je analyzovat jak mohou členové výzkumné skupiny řídit jejich projekt a sdílet soubory a dokumenty, které jsou privátní. Analyzoval jsem nějaké softwarové nástroje, které se používají pro řízení projektu. Na závěr jsem navrhnul a realizoval řešení pro prezentaci českého neuroinformatického uzlu a pro řízení projektu výzkumné skupiny na Katedře informatiky a výpočetní techniky na Západočeské univerzitě v Plzni podle požadavků členů výzkumné skupiny. |
| Abstract in different language: | Presentation of the research and presentation of the research group itself is very important in these days. Every research group, who wants to be known all around the world and who wants to get people interested in their field of research, needs to present their research. The purpose of my study is to analyse how research groups in International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility, in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, and other research groups at world known universities present their research. This analysis is used during the process of designing the presentation websites of the Czech neuroinformatics node. Then there is an analysis of the content management systems because the presentation websites are created by using one of the analysed content management systems. Another purpose of my study is to analyse how the members of the research group can manage their project and share files and documents, which are private. Some software tools are analysed there, which are used for project management. Finally, I suggested and realised solution for the presentation of the Czech neuroinformatics node and for the project management of the research group in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of West Bohemia according to the given requirements of the members of the research group. |
