| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na metodu marketingového výzkumu, tzv. Mystery shopping. Téma bylo zvoleno na základě reálného zájmu zadavatele o provedení Mystery shoppingu v jednotlivých prodejních místech ALGON PLUS AUTO, a. s. Tato bakalářská práce se skládá z několika částí. Nejprve byl vytvořen teoretický podklad, který byl následně aplikován do praktické části. Na základě potřeb zadavatele byly vytvořeny mystery formulář a mystery scénář, jež byly využity při sběru primárních dat. Výstupem této práce je komplexní zhodnocení prodejního procesu zadavatele. Pro zjištěné nedostatky byla navržena příslušná opatření. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted thesis focuses on one of the methods of marketing research called Mystery Shopping. The subject was chosen on the basis of the customer´s real interest in the execution of Mystery Shopping at particular sale points of ALGON PLUS AUTO, a.s. This bachelor thesis consists of several parts. At first, a theoretical foundation was made which was subsequently applied in the practical part. Moreover, a mystery form and scenario were created according to customer´s needs. Both documents were used during the collection of primary data. The output of this work is a complex evaluation of the customer´s selling process and several recommendations of appropriate measures for the established faults. |
