| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce na téma "Franšízing v maloobchodním podnikání" se zabývá specifickou metodou podnikání nazývající se franšízing a jeho uplatnění ve franšízingovém konceptu TETA drogerie. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku franšízingu, popis maloobchodu a jeho nákupu. Na tento popis navazuje představení maloobchodní společnost podnikající na základě franšízingové licence a její zapojení do franšízingové sítě. V této části je kladen důraz na řízení nákupu a následný prodej zboží. V závěru práce je zhodnocena spolupráce mezi oběma účastníky franšízingového vztahu a nastíněné návrhy pro zlepšení podnikání franšízanta. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis called "Franchising in retail business" defines one of the techniques, franchise, which is frequently used in the retail business nowadays. It also specifies role of this technique in the business model and philosophy of the retail chain TETA drugstore. The first part of this thesis provides the theoretical background of what the franchise is, describes the retail as well as the purchasing processes. This is followed by the introduction of the small retail company doing business in accordance with the franchise license. Its role in this retail chain of TETA drugstore is also outlined. The stress is put on the purchasing and sales management. The last part of this thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the mutual relationship between the franchisee and franchisor and some proposals for the future improvement and development are provided as well. |
