| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá gastronomií a jídelními lístky psanými ve francouzštině v restauračních zařízeních v Plzni. Popisuje francouzské přírodní podmínky, jednotlivé regiony a typické francouzské produkty. Zároveň sleduje vývoj skladby jídla ve Francii i v Čechách od středověku dodnes. V poslední části se pak zaměřuje situaci v Plzni, jídelníčky ve francouzštině a francouzské podniky. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda jsou francouzsky psané jídelníčky v Plzni a zda tam existuje nějaký francouzský podnik. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor´s thesis deals with the gastronomy and the menus written in French in the restaurants of Pilsen. It describes the natural conditions of France, particular regions and typical French products. It also follows the development of the constitution of food from the Middle Ages up today in France and in the Czech Republic too. The aim of this work is to find out if there are the cartes written in French in Pilsen and if there is a restaurant in French style. |
