| Abstract: | Téma mé diplomové práce je finančně-právní aspekty financování penzijních fondů. V práci jsem se soustředila na penzijní fondy, penzijní společnosti a transformované fondy. V první kapitole jsem se věnovala převážně charakteristice, historii, vývoji penzijních fondů, transformovaných fondů a penzijních společností. Dále jsem psala o penzijní reformě a penzijním připojištění. V druhé kapitole jsem se věnovala financování penzijních fondů, transformovaných fondů a penzijních společností, daňovým úsporám a hospodaření. Ve třetí kapitole jsem popisovala regulaci a dohled a věnovala jsem se jednotlivým správním deliktům v souvisloti s touto problematikou. V poslední kapitole jsem rozebírala důvody důchodové reformy, dále jsem se věnovala penzijním společnostem, schvalovacímu procesu legislativy a také II. pilíři a III. pilíři. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my Thesis is ?Financial and legal aspects of the Pension Funds financing?. In my Thesis I focused on Pension Funds, Pension Companies and Transformed Funds. In the first chapter, I primarily characterized the above stated definitions, their history and their progress in development. I also focused on the very actual topic in Czech Republic ? Pension reform and Pension insurance. In the second chapter of my Thesis I wrote about financing the Pension and Transformed Funds, about possible tax savings and the economy involved itself. In the last chapter I described the whole regulation and the control surveillance over the Pension structure. I also made clear what the main reasons are for Pension Reform and its legislative approval process, both in the 1st and the 2nd pillar of Pension funds. |
