| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi využítí fyzikální terapie na snížení spasticity. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika spastického syndromu, popis řízení motoriky, způsoby diagnostiky a možnosti léčby. V praktické části jsou popsány jednotlivé druhy fyzikálních terapií aplikované na spastické pacienty, popis způsobu jejich testování, vyhodnocení výsledků a jejich porovnání se stanovenými hypotézami. Dále práce obsahuje diskuzi a závěr. Prokázalo se, že určité druhy fyzikálních terapií mají vliv na snížení spasticity. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work is about possibilities of application physical therapy to reduce spasticity. In the theoretical part there are described characteristics of spastic syndrom, description of motor control, options of diagnostic and possibilities of treatment. In practical part there are described different types of physical therapy applied to the spastic patients, description of the testing, evaluation of the results and their comparison with established hypotheses. This work also contains a discussion and conclusion. Has been shown that certain types of physical therapy have an impact on reducing spasticity.. |
