| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sociálního klimatu ve společnosti Kerio Technologies, s. r. o. ve vztahu k její výkonnosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola zahrnuje charakteristiku společnosti a jejího podnikatelského prostředí, dosažené výsledky a strategické záměry. Ve druhé kapitole jsou analyzovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření uskutečněného ve společnosti Kerio Technologies, s. r. o. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na stimulační faktory, které souvisejí se sociálním klimatem a spokojeností zaměstnanců. Poslední kapitola, jež je odezvou na skutečnosti zjištěné prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, obsahuje návrh projektu na podporu žádoucího sociálního klimatu ve společnosti ovlivňující její výkonnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the issue of social climate in Kerio Technologies, s. r. o. in relation to its performance. The thesis is divided in four chapters. The first chapter contains the characteristic of the company and its business environment, achieved results and strategic goals. The second chapter analyzes the results of questionnaire survey in the company Kerio Technologies, s. r. o. The third chapter is focused on stimulation factors related to social climate and workforce satisfaction. The last chapter responds to the results of the questionnaire survey and offers a proposal of a project to support desirable social climate to positively influence the performance of the company. |
