| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřená na posouzení bonity vybraného podniku a jeho schopnosti splatit úvěr, které je stále aktuálním tématem. Bonita podniku se řeší hlavně v situaci poskytnutí úvěru. Banky si žádají informace o finančních i nefinančních údajích podniku. Ke zjištění finanční situace podniku byla použita finanční analýza klasickými ukazateli. Použity byly i bankrotní modely - Altmanův model Z Score a index IN05, které označují podniky za bonitní či bankrotní. Jelikož vybraný podnik žádá banku o účelový úvěr na rekonstrukce, je v této práci naznačen postup posouzení bonity podniku z pohledu banky. Ta na základě vlastních postupů dochází k závěru, zda úvěr poskytne nebo ne. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is aimed at assessing the creditworthiness of the selected company and its ability to repay the loan, which is still a hot topic. Creditworthiness of company is main issue while company needs the loan. Banks require information about financial and non-financial data of the company. To determine the financial situation of the company are used traditional financial analysis indicators. It was used bankruptcy models - Altman Z Score and index IN05 that indicates a creditworthy companies or bankruptcy companies. Because the selected company asks the bank for a specific loan for reconstruction in this thesis is outlined procedure assessing the creditworthiness of the company from the perspective of the bank. Bank on its own procedures concludes it the loan granted or not. |
