| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodářské situace zkoumaného podniku během hospodářské krize, za využití finanční analýzy a následně moderních ukazatelů výkonnosti podniku, včetně tvorby hodnoty pro majitele. Cílem práce je návrh možných zlepšení v činnosti a řízení společnosti. Úvod práce obsahuje teoretickou charakteristiku finanční a hospodářské krize. Následuje stručné představení podniku, společně s vizí a strategií společnosti. V navazující kapitole je pomocí tradičních metod provedena finanční analýza za období let 2002-2011. K posouzení souhrnného finančního zdraví je využito bonitních a bankrotních modelů. K hodnocení celkového zdraví firmy je použit výpočet ukazatele ekonomické přidané hodnoty (EVA) a výpočet hodnoty přidané trhem (MVA). Jednotlivé výpočty a hodnocení jsou doplněny tabulkami, grafy a přílohami. Informace byly čerpány z odborné literatury a výkazů zkoumaného podniku. Závěr práce hodnotí celkové finanční zdraví zkoumané společnosti v časové řadě 2002-2011 a předkládá doporučení ke zlepšení výkonnosti společnosti. Následují návrhy a doporučení v podobě implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard, řízení pohledávek, kalkulace nákladů pomocí metody ABC a řízení rizik. Výstupy diplomové práce budou sloužit managementu podniku jako ucelený pohled finančního analytika na vývoj hospodaření podniku v průběhu vymezeného období. |
| Abstract in different language: | The dissertation is focused on the analysis of the economic situation of the investigated company during the economic crisis, using financial analysis and subsequently modern indicators of business performance, including the creation of value for the owner. The aim is to propose ways to improve the operations and management of the company. The first part of the work includes theoretical characterization of the financial and economic crisis followed by a brief description of the undertaking, together with the vision and strategy of the company. In the next chapter, I use traditional methods to do financial analysis for the period 2002-2011 to assess the overall financial health of solvent used and bankruptcy models. I use the calculation of the economic value added (EVA) and the calculation of market value added (MVA) to evaluate the overall health of the company. Individual calculations and evaluations are supplemented by tables, graphs and appendices. Information was gathered from the literature and reports examined enterprise. The conclusion assesses the overall financial health of the companies surveyed in the time period 2002-2011 and presents recommendations to improve company performance. I follow with suggestions and recommendations in the form of implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept, receivables management, costing using the ABC method and risk management. The outputs of the thesis will serve as a comprehensive enterprise management perspective of a financial analyst on the development of the enterprise for a limited period. |
