| Abstract: | Smyslem této práce je rozbor problematiky trestní odpovědnosti mládeže, což se neobešlo bez náhledu do úprav této oblasti v minulosti a to od úplného počátku trestního zákonodárství nad mládeží až k momentálně platné úpravě obsažené v relativně novém právním kodexu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the problems of the criminal responsibility of youth, which was impossible to do without the inspection of the amendments of this area and that from the very beginning of the criminal legislation of the youth to the currently valid adjustment contained in the relatively new legal code. |
