| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá přípustným rizikem podle ustanovení § 31 Trestního zákoníku, především jeho srovnáním s ostatními instituty vylučujícími protiprávnost, komparací s předchozí úpravou, jeho vztahem ke sportu a medicíně. |
| Abstract in different language: | My diploma thesis has been created about an acceptable risk theme. The basic we can find in § 31 of Penalty code of czech republic. I also tried to compare acceptable risk with the previous law, with the others institutes eliminating ilegality, its cognation to sports and medicine. |
