| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na instituty přímé demokracie v České republice. V první kapitole je pojednáno o demokracii obecně a jsou zde i rozebrány klady a zápory přímé demokracie. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na různé instituty přímé demokracie nacházející se i mimo právní řád ČR. Ve třetí kapitole je pozornost věnována platné právní úpravě v České republice, především právní úpravě referenda a petic. Dále je v práci pozornost zaměřena také na aktuální legislativní snahy o zavedení celostátního referenda v České republice a na úvahy de lege ferenda o přímé demokracii v České republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is aimed on institutions of direct democracy in the Czech Republic. The first chapter is generaly discussed democracy and also there are mentioned Pros and Cons of direct democracy. Second chapter is focused on some institutions of direct democracy as in the Czech Republic as in foreign. Third chapter is devoted to the czech legislation in force, primarly to legislation of referendum and petition. The end of my thesis solves the questions de lege ferend and the deficiencies of legislation, and also the current efforts to adopt a new constitutional code about nationalwide referendum |
