| Abstract: | Tato práce shrnuje informace o reverzní aloplastice ramenního kloubu. Teoretická část obsahuje souhrn informací o typech reverzní protézy, indikacích, operační technice, případných komplikacích a především o následné rehabilitaci. Praktická část je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacienta po implantaci reverzní náhrady. Obsahuje vstupní a výstupní vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a průběh terapie. Obě hypotézy, kde předpokládám zvýšení pohyblivosti ramenního kloubu a snížení bolestivosti, se potvrdily. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis summarizes information about the reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. The theoretical part contains a summary of informations about the types of reverse prosthesis, indications, surgical technique, potential complications, and especially the subsequent rehabilitation. The practical part is in the form of case study of the patients after implantation a reverse compensation. There is an input and an output tests, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan a course of therapy. Both hypotheses which assume increased mobility of the shoulder joint and pain reduction was confirmed. |
