| Abstract: | Rovné příležitosti jsou důležitou součástí společensky odpovědných firem. Tato práce popisuje mechanismus zaměstnávání cizinců v rámci nastavené firemní kultury. Zaměřuje se na principy rovných příležitostí, které narážejí na kulturní odlišnost. V první části se věnuje popisu firemní kultury, rovných příležitostí, diskriminace, diverzitě a společenské odpovědnosti z teoretického hlediska. Dále analyzuje situaci a nastavené podmínky pro práci migrantů v České republice včetně problematiky nostrifikace. V druhé části se zaměřuje na popis uvedených fenoménů v praxi. Výzkumným terénem je společnost Vodafone Czech Republic a.s.. |
| Abstract in different language: | Equal opportunities are an important topic in organisations who want to call themselves socially responsible. This work uses a particular corporate culture to describe the processes of immigrant employment and focuses on the conflict between equal opportunities principles and cultural differencies. The first part offers a theoretical insight in the organisational culture, equal opportunities, discrimination, diversity and social responsibility. It also analyses the current conditions of employment of migrants and the process of nostrification in the Czech Republic. The second, empirical part demonstrates the existence and relationships of the above mentioned phenomena in reality. The target population for the research are the employees of Vodafone CR a.s. |
