| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o vedení lidí a stimulaci, která je nezbytná pro dosažení vysokého výkonu pracovníků. Součástí práce je strategický plán rozvoje vybrané společnosti, analýza interního a externího prostředí a definice výkonnostních cílů. Stěžejní části diplomové práce je dotazníkové šetření, jehož výstupem jsou silné a slabé stránky pro oblast vedení lidí. Poslední kapitola předkládá program rozvoje vedení lidí zaměřený na realizaci strategických cílů společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the leadership and stimulation, which is necessary for achieving high performance workers. Part of the work is strategic development plan, SWOT analysis and the definition of performace targets. The main part of the thesis is the survey, which presents the strengths and weaknesses in the area of leadership. The last chapter presents a leadership development program focused on implementing the strategic goals of the company. |
