| Abstract: | Práce podrobně rozebírá jednotlivé instituty věcných práv k věcem cizím, včetně vymezení tohoto pojmu a vývoje evidence věcných práv. V důsledku nabytí účinnosti NOZ byli některé instituty věcných práv k věcem cizím restrukturalizovány a dokonce zavedeny i nové. Práce proto na to reaguje i komparací staré a nové občanskoprávní úpravy včetně případných kladů a záporů těchto institutů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis closely examines the various institutes of property rights to things foreign, including the definition of this concept and the development of evidence property rights. The entry into force NOZ were certain institutions of property rights to things foreign restructured and even introduced new. This thesis reacts with the comparison of old and new civil legislativ regulations, including possible pros and cons of these institutes. |
