| Abstract: | Postavení a význam mezinárodních smluv v právním řádu ČR. Práce se zabývá základními lidskými právy a svobodami, Listinou základních práv a svobod, mezinárodními smlouvami o lidských právech.V druhé části se zaměřuje na recepcí a ratifikací smluv. Třetí část obsahuje postavení mezinárodních smluv v českém právním řádu před a po Euronovele a ve světle Ústavního nálezu č. 403/2002 Sb.V poslední části se zabývá významem mezinárodních smluv. |

Third segment contains status os internationla treaties inczech legal order before and after euroamendment and in light of constitutional court's discovery no. 403/2002 treaty series.Last segment deals with importance of international treaties. |
