| Abstract: | Vlastní práce obsahuje teoretická východiska, ze kterých vychází praktické popisy zkoumaných problémů. Nejprve je charakterizována samotná společnost, poté její vývoj a ekonomická situace v posledních letech. Následně jsou popisovány dodavatelsko-odběratelské vztahy mezi dodavatelem, prostředníkem a odběratelem z pohledu dodavatelské i odběratelské perspektivy. V závěrečné části byly analyzovány dodavatelsko-odběratelské vztahy a vyhodnoceny procesy distribuce zboží s následným návrhem optimalizace distribučních cest. Cílem této práce je nejen popis dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů, ale především jejich hlubší analýza a vyhodnocení procesu distribuce zboží v dodavatelském řetězci. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work includes theoretical underlying and practical descriptions of the issues considered. First of all, the characteristics within the company are mentioned, then its development and economic situation in recent years. Next, supplier-customer relations between the supplier, intermediary and the customer in terms of supply and customer perspective are described. In the final section, customer-supplier relationships were analyzed and the process of goods distribution with subsequent design optimization of distribution channels was evaluated. The aim of this work is not only the description of supplier-customer relations, but also the company's deeper analysis and evaluation process of distribution of goods in the supply chain. |
