| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je "Analýza prodejních aktivit podniku". Konkrétně se jedná o společnost s ručením omezeným BB vytlačování plastů. Na začátku práce je uveden stručný popis společnosti, její historie, portfolio výrobků, popis chodu výroby a organizační struktura společnosti. Dále je zde zpracována analýza výroby společnosti v jednotlivých letech. V poslední kapitole je uvedena SWOT analýza, neboli silné a slabé stránky společnosti, příležitosti a hrozby. Z této analýzy je provedeno shrnutí, jež bylo díky této analýze zjištěno. Na konec jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení v oblasti prodeje a závěr. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of this bachelor's thesis is "Analysis of the sales activities of the company". I choose company chat is called BB plastics extrusion s.r.o. Simple description about this company is at the beginning of this thesis. It means history of the compeny, portfolio of product. Description of production run and organization structure. Next point is analysis of the individual years. Last chapter is about SWOT analysis. It is strengths and weaknesses of this company and opportunities and threats. Recapitulation is made from this analysis. Suggestions for improvement in sales are at the end of this thesis. |
