| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o vojenské intervenci v Libyi v roce 2011. Konkrétně o operaci NATO, nazvané Sjednocený ochránce. Tato operace trvala sedm měsíců a vojensky se na ní podílelo osmnáct členských států NATO. Z techto osmnácti států byly tři státy pro úspěšné uskutečnění operace klíčové. USA, Francie a Velká Británi. Cílem této práce je na základě vojensko - politické podpory operace těmito třemi státy zjistit, zda by bylo možné operaci realizovat bez participace USA. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is about military intervention in Libya in 2011. Concretely about NATO operation called Unified Protector. This operation lasted seven months and eighteen members of NATO militarily contributed. Out of these eighteen states, three of them were crucial for its successful completion. USA, France and United Kingdom. The goal of this thesis is to find out, whether this operation would be possible to realize without participation of USA, based on the degree of military and policy support of these states to the OUP. |
