| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tzv. "novými" lidskými právy v agendě OSN. Cílem práce je definovat, co jsou "nová" lidská práva a jaké iniciativy OSN vyvíjí k jejich naplňování. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly. V první kapitole obecně definuji pojem lidská práva a rovněž zmiňuji vývoj konceptu lidských práv. Druhá kapitola popisuje, která lidská práva mohou být považována za "nová". Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na Radu pro lidská práva a její činnost k prosazování "nových" lidských práv. Poslední kapitola je analýzou tří "nových" lidských práv: práva na mír, práva na rozvoj a práva na neznečištěné životní prostředí. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the so called "new" human rights in the UN's agenda. My goal is to define what "new" human rights are and what is being done by the UN to promote these rights. The thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter I define human rights in general and I also mention the evolution of the concept of human rights. The second chapter explains which human rights can be considered "new". The third chapter focuses mainly on The United Nations Human Rights Council and its activities to pursue "new" human rights. The last chapter is an analysis of three "new" human rights: the right to peace, the right to development and the right to a clean and healthy environment. |
