| Abstract: | Téma potravinářský průmysl v Alsasku se zabývá potravinářskou výrobou, která úzce souvisí se zemědělstvím. Cílem práce je vypozorovat oblasti pěstování či chovu na základě čtení z mapy, dále také vytvořit srovnávací tabulky průmyslových podniků. Součástí je i glosář odborných výrazů z potravinářství. Teoretická část se dělí na tradici a současnost. Tradice popisuje historii alsaského kraje ve spojení se zemědělstvím a později vývoj průmyslové výroby. Actualité popisuje současný potravinářský průmysl v Alsasku. Jsou zde uvedeny základní suroviny a oblasti jejich pěstování nebo chovu. Dále statistiky týkající se výroby a také srovnávací tabulky největších průmyslových podniků. Praktická část představuje glosář a tabulky v textu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the food industry in Alsace deals with food production, which is closely related to agriculture. The aim is to observe the area of cultivation or farming based on reading of the map, and also to create a comparative table of industrial enterprises. It also includes a glossary of technical terms of food processing. The theoretical part is divided into tradition and present. Tradition describes the history of the Alsace region in connection with agriculture and then the development of industrial production. Present describes the current food industry in Alsace. Basic raw materials are mentioned as well as their area of cultivation or farming. Moreover, there are statistics of the production and comparative tables of industrial enterprises. The practical part is consisted of the glossary and the tables in the text. |
