| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá diferenciální geometrií ploch. Zavádí pět typů křivosti ploch a jejich vztahy. Prezentuje plochy s konstantními a nulovými křivostmi, jejich příklady, vlastnosti a využití. Přináší také zprávu o vybraných galeriích ploch dostupných na internetu. Dále se věnuje problematice přechodových ploch. Uvádí souvislosti s technickou praxí a obsahuje i návrh a implementaci algoritmu konstrukce rozvinutelné přechodové plochy mezi dvěma křivkami. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor Thesis deals with differential geometry of surfaces. It introduces the five types of surface curvature and their relations. It presents surfaces with constant or zero curvature, their examples, properties and utilization. Also, it reports on a chosen set of surface galleries available on the internet. Further, it pursues the topic of transition surfaces. It gives context with engineering practice and contains the design and implementation of an algorithm for constructing transition developable surfaces between two given curves. |
