| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je analýza politických systémů zemí Blízkého východu- případová studie Irák. Cílem práce je analyzovat irácký federalismus a zjistit, jak jsou v Iráku uplatňovány federální principy od přijetí ústavy v roce 2005. Teoretická část práce definuje a charakterizuje pojmy federace a federalismus. Empirická část popisuje politické instituce v Iráku dle ústavy a fungování institucí v praxi. Závěr práce hodnotí, zda je Irák dle výzkumu federací. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is an analysis of the political systems of the Middle East countries - a case study of Iraq. The aim of the thesis is to analyse iragi federalism and discover, how are the federal principles since accept constitution in 2005 applied in Iraq. The theoretical part defines and characterizes the concepts federation and federalism. Empirical part describes political institutions by constitution and functioning of the institutions in practise. Conclusion of the thesis evaluates if Iraq according to the research is a federation. |
