| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá tématem substitutů služeb mobilních operátorů. Tyto substituty, resp. komunikační aplikace dlouhodobě nabývají na popularitě a ovlivňují způsob, jakým mezi sebou lidé komunikují. Výstupem práce je zjištění kvality vybraných substitutů a identifikace jejich tržního/uživatelského potenciálu. Kvalita komunikačních aplikací byla zjišťována testováním podle předem stanovených parametrů a výzkumným šetřením realizovaným pomocí online dotazování, jehož prostřednictvím byly zjišťovány také preference spotřebitelů na českém trhu v oblasti používání substitutů služeb mobilních operátorů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted diploma thesis deals with the issue of substitutes of the services of mobile operators. These substitutes, respectively communication applications are gaining in popularity in the long term and influence the way how people communicate with each other. The outcome of this thesis is determination of quality of selected substitutes and identification of their market/user potential. Quality of communication applications was evaluated by testing according to predetermined parameters and research realized through online survey, through which also consumer preferences in the Czech market in the use of substitutes of the services of mobile operators were identified. |
