| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nabídky služeb cestovního ruchu na Železnorudsku. V první kapitole jsou vysvětleny termíny související s cestovním ruchem. Praktická část se věnuje charakteristice přírodních a kulturně-historických atraktivit Železnorudska a analýze ubytovacích, stravovacích a dalších služeb cestovního ruchu. Z analýzy vyplývá, že území Železnorudska disponuje dostatkem těchto služeb. Provedená analýza je zakončena výsledky ankety, která měla za cíl zjistit, jak jsou návštěvníci spokojeni s nabídkou služeb a co jim v této nabídce chybí. Většina dotazovaných je spokojena s nabídkou a kvalitou poskytovaných služeb. Z výsledků vycházejí návrhy na zlepšení spokojenosti návštěvníků, čímž je vybudování kulturně-sportovního centra a opravení venkovního koupaliště. Tyto návrhy by mohly být aplikovány, jelikož jsou finančně dostupné a zvýší atraktivitu destinace. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of tourism services offer in the area of Železnorudsko. The first chapter explains terms related to tourism industry. Practical part of the thesis is devoted to characteristics of natural and culturally-historical places of interest in area of Železnorudsko and analysis of accommodating, catering and other tourism related services. The output of analysis is that area of Železnorudsko offers a sufficient quantity of these services. And the end of the conducted analysis the results of survey are reflected. The task of this survey was to determine how the visitors of area of Železnorudsko are content with offer of services and what they were missing within the offer. Most respondents were satisfied with the offer of services as well as their quality. But also some recommendations that would increase the satisfaction of visitors came from results of survey. Among these were mentioned a construction of cultural and sports center and reconstruction of public swimming pool. I find these recommendations applicable because of the fact, that they have not many requirements on financially source and will also increase an attractiveness of this destination. |
