| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá agenturním zaměstnávání jako atypickým prvkem zaměstnávání. Práce analyzuje právní zakotvení agenturního zaměstnávání v českém právním řádu. Práce na historických milnících vysvětluje aktuální stav agenturního zaměstnávání v České republice. Hlavní část práce se věnuje jednotlivým subjektům agenturního zaměstnávání a jejich vzájemným vztahům. Speciální důraz je kladen na postavení zaměstnance, jako nejslabší strany. V závěru jsou shrnuty cíle práce, kterými je analýza jednotlivých subjektů spolu s poznatky, ke kterým bylo dospěno komparací platné legislativy a praktických poznatků. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the employment agency as atypical employment element . Thesis analyzes the legal regulation of agency employment in the Czech legal order . Work on historic milestones explains the current status of agency employment in the Czech Republic. The main part deals with the various entities working agencies and their mutual relations . Special emphasis is placed on employee status as the weakest side. The conclusion summarizes the objectives of the work , which is analysis of various entities , along with the knowledge , which was the maturity of the comparison of current legislation |
