| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Alergeny v potravinách" se věnuje problematice potravinových alergií. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na podstatu, druhy a příznaky potravinových alergií. Je zde popsán rozdíl mezi alergií a intolerancí. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu stravovacích návyků ženy s potravinovou alergií a návrh jídelníčku, který neobsahuje vybrané alergeny. Jídelníček je sestaven podle zásad racionální výživy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor thesis "Alergens in food" deals with food allergy problems. The theoretical part deals with definition of food allergy, it means types, symptoms and treatments. The thesis describes the difference between allergies and intolerances. The practical part contains analysis of present eating habits of woman with food alergies and proposal diet that does not contain the selected allergen. The menu is built according to the principles of rational nutrition. |
