| Abstract: | Práce je kvalitativním výzkumem, který má etnografickou povahu. Cílem této práce je náhled na konstrukci genderové identity u dětí ve školní družině. Zároveň se práce věnuje tomu, jakým způsobem děti v prostředí školní družiny tzv. "dělají gender". Zkoumané v tomto prostředí jsou i vychovatelky školní družiny, činnosti, interakce a kolektivy zde vzniklé. Sběr dat proběhl prostřednictvím kombinace několika metod. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou, metodologickou a analytickou část. Během výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že v procesu tvorby genderové identity jsou děti aktivními jedinci. Přestože oddělení školní družiny působí jako genderově vyvážené, při detailní analýze byla objevena řada faktorů, která mají charakter podporující tradiční pojetí ženského a mužského pohlaví |
| Abstract in different language: | The work is a qualitative research with etnographical character. The aim of the thesis is to look construction of children's gender identity in the after-school childcare. At the same time, the work examines how children in an after-school club "doing gender". Studied in this environment are instructors in the after-school childcare, activities, interactions and collectives produced here. The Facts were collected by combination of several methods. The work is divided into theoretical, methodological and analytical part. During my research I have discovered that children, during the process of making gender identity, are active individuals. Even though the department of the after-school childcare seems to be gender balanced, by comprehensive analysis I have discovered several factors which support the traditional concept of male and female sex. |
