| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit vliv poloměru zaoblení řezné hrany na trvanlivost dělového vrtáku. Práce je zpočátku věnována jednotlivým faktorům ovlivňující trvanlivost dělového vrtáku. Další bod práce spočívá v návrhu a realizaci vlastního experimentu. Jednotlivá úprava mikrogeometrie nástrojů se docílila vlečným omíláním. Nástroje s upravenou mikrogeometrií byly testovány na multifunkčním obráběcím centru. Poslední bod práce je věnován shrnutí a vyhodnocení výsledku experimentu, kde je zpracována závislost opotřebení na odvrtaných metrech. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis aims to investigate the influence of the radius of curvature of the cutting edges for durability gun drill. The work is initially focused on individual factors affecting durability gun drills. Another point of work is in the design and implementation of the experiment. Individual micro-geometry editing tools to obtain a towing tumbling. Tools with a modified micro-geometry were tested on the multifunction machining center. The last section is devoted to summarize and evaluate the outcome of the experiment, which is processed dependence wear on drilled meters. |
