| Abstract: | Diplomová práce řeší, jak vytvořit přehledný kalkulační systém pro tvorbu cen zakázek v Kloknerově ústavu. Ukazuje problematiku kalkulací cen služeb v nevýrobním podniku a stanovení jejich výše. S tím je spojená identifikace výše a druhů nákladů, které do těchto kalkulací vstupují. Analyzuje dosavadní metodu stanovení cen zakázek zkušebních pracovišť, detailně rozebírá nákladovou strukturu a popisuje vytvoření nového kalkulačního vzorce. Použitelnost navrženého kalkulačního vzorce je následně ověřena v praktických příkladech. |
| Abstract in different language: | My thesis resolves a way how to make a clear system of creation of order prices of testing workplaces in the Klokner Institute. It presents a problem of price calculation of services in a non-manufacturing company and a problem how to set a price. The identifikacion of the scale and kind of the costs is connected with the calculation of prices. My thesis analyzes one of the current methods of order price setting in testing workplaces.It examines the structure of the costs in detail and describes how to create a new calculation formula. Finally,I checked applicability of the calculation formula by searching creating prices of orders in practice in testing workplaces. |
