| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Úprava a měření mikrogeometrie břitu nástroje? se nejprve zabývá pojmem mikrogeometrie břitu a jejím vlivem na řezný proces. Poté popisuje technologie úpravy břitu a porovnává je mezi sebou. Další důležitý bod je schopnost vyhodnotit parametry mikrogeometrie břitu (zaoblení a drsnost břitu) pomocí dotykových a bezdotykových metod měření a jejich vzájemné porovnání. V závěru je obsažen technicko-ekonomický přínos úpravy mikrogeometrie břitu a celkové zhodnocení mikrogeometrie břitu ve spojitosti s životním cyklem řezného nástroje. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor thesis deals with Preparation and Measurement of the Cutting Edge Microgeometry. At first, that describes a concept of the cutting edge microgeometry and its influence on the cutting process. Next technologies of the cutting edge preparation are concerned with as well as their comparison. Another point is an ability to evaluate the cutting edge microgeometry parameters (radius and roughness of the cutting edge) using contact and contactless methods along with their comparison. The conclusion contains benefits of the cutting edge microgeometry preparation and overall evaluation of the cutting edge microgeometry in connection with the life cycle of the cutting tool. |
