| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na diagnózu Aspergerův syndrom a jeho terapeutické ovlivnění zejména z pohledu ergoterapeuta. Obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část uvádí popis Aspergerova syndromu, jeho historii, příčiny, projevy a diagnostiku. Dále uvádí popis typů Aspergerova syndromu a možnosti léčby se zaměřením na ergoterapeutické intervence. V praktické části jsou stanoveny tři hypotézy a zpracovány tři kazuistické studie. Druhou část tvoří dotazníkové šetření vztahující se ke třetí hypotéze. Výsledky bylo zjištěno, že nácviky sociálních dovedností jsou přínosné pro osoby s AS v každém věku. Pomáhají zvládnout běžné denní situace, ve kterých si dříve nevěděli rady nebo reagovali neadekvátně. U dětí navíc přispívají k redukci stresu a psychického napětí. Ergoterapeutické metody podporují větší samostatnost klienta v IADL - pomocí prvků strukturovaného učení lze dosáhnout větší soběstačnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome and its therapeutic influence especially from the perspective of Occupational Therapist. The thesis is devided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The teoretical part deals with Asperger's Syndrome, its history, causes, symptoms and diagnostics. Further it gives a description of types of Asperger's Syndrome and options of treatment options focusing on occupational therapy interventions. There are stated three hypothesis and there are processed three case reptorts in the practical part. The second part consist of survey relating to the third hypothesis. Each hypothesis were confirmed. Using the results it has been found, that social skills training are beneficial for people with AS of all ages. The training helps them cope with everyday situations, in which they didn't know how to behave or they responded inadequately. It also contributes to the reduction of children's stress. Occupational therapy methods support clients to be more indenpendent in IADL - using the elements off structured learning they can achieve greater self-sufficiency. |
