Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the phrases, clichés and sayings that are instilled in children in their families. Deeply embedded, they are being passed down from generation to generation. I focused on the psychological aspect of these statements and their impact on the individual who carries these claims with him or herself, more often than not unconsciously passing them on. The topic is a result of my deeper self-reflection: as a new mother, I arrived at certain insights, some of which bordered on apparent psychological aggresion. For me, this is currently a very important topic, and I think it deserves to be researched and elaborated upon. A child is most vulnerable in the environment of his or her own family, which should be a beacon of safety and security. Often used inadvertently and erroneously, these statements can fundamentally affect or impair the child's well-being, security and self-confidence from an early age. They can aggravate a child's struggle for his or her place in society - coping with the world outside the family, building his or her own identity that is shaped through everyday life. |
