| Abstract: | Cieľom práce je argumentovať, prečo a ako pomocou epigenetickej regulácie expresie génov dokáže rodič "naprogramovať" svoje potomstvo a určiť tak, ktoré gény bude vo svojom živote používať. Obsahom práce bude preskúmanie špecifických situácií v ontogenéze (človeka), počas ktorých sa expresia genotypu mení vplyvom prostredia, pričom tieto zmeny spôsobené vonkajšími faktormi prebiehajú počas celej ontogenézy a ovplyvňujú embryogenézu jeho potomstva. Práca si kladie za cieľ opísať konkrétne mechanizmy, ako dochádza k epigenetickej regulácii génovej aktivity a modifikácii organizmu, a akým spôsobom sa zmeny expresie dedia a aký má epigenetická regulácie expresie génov dopad na potomstvo. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis is to argue why and how through the epigenetic regulation of gene expression the parent can "program" his offspring and determine using the genes in his life. The work deals with specific situations in (human) ontogenesis, when during expression of the genotype varies with the environment. The work deals with the transmission of informations from the environment into the epigenom and the possibility of transfer to the next through epigenetic inheritance. |
