| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou udržitelného rozvoje, udržitelného podnikání a CSR (společenské odpovědnosti firem). Prvním cílem této práce je charakterizovat tyto koncepty, včetně jejich vazeb, a specifikovat tuto problematiku pro odvětví pivovarnictví. Druhým cílem je zhodnotit přístup pivovarnických společností k problematice udržitelného podnikání a CSR v rámci jednotlivých pilířů těchto konceptů. Posledním cílem této práce je provést a zhodnotit analýzu vnímání a postoje spotřebitelů k CSR, a to jak na obecné úrovni, tak se zaměřením na pivovary. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on Sustainable Development, Sustainable Business and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). The first goal of the thesis is to describe these concepts, including their connections. The thesis further includes a description of the specific areas of these issues within the brewing industry. The second goal is to evaluate the approach of breweries according to Sustainable Business and CSR within the various pillars of these concepts. The last goal is to identify perceptions and attitudes of consumers towards CSR, both at a general level and focusing on breweries. |
