| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá racionalizací pracovišť, konkrétně pracovištěm skladu. První část stručně popisuje inovace, racionalizaci a vybrané metody průmyslové inženýrství. Dále je v práci provedena podrobná analýza skladovacího systému v podniku včetně jeho nedostatků. Závěrem jsou v práci navržena opatření pro zlepšení a zefektivnění skladovacích procesů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the rationalization of the workplaces, namely the workplace of the warehouse. The first part briefly describes innovation, rationalization and selected methods of industrial engineering. Furthermore, a detailed analysis of the storage system in the company, including its shortcomings, is carried out. Finally, measures are proposed to improve and streamline storage processes. |
