| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je prokázat, že manažeři oddělení lidských zdrojů a i samotná oddělení lidských zdrojů jsou nedílnou součástí všech podniků. V bakalářské práci je upřesněno postavení personálního manažera, jeho kompetence a úkoly. Teoretická část bakalářské práce definuje význam a koncept lidských zdrojů a jejich úkolů v celé organizaci. Praktická část zahrnuje rozhovor s manžerkou oddělení lidských zdrojů německé firmy a příklady hlavních chyb, kterých se uchazeči o zaměstnání během pohovoru s personálním manažerem nejčastěji dopouštějí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this work is to find out that Human Resources managers and HR departments are an integral part of all businesses, to show what HR managers are supposed to do and also highlight the position of HR manager. Theoretical part defines important terms. Furthermore, it defines the meaning and concept of human resources and its tasks throughout the organization. The practical part includes an interview with the manager of the human resources department of a German company and examples of main mistakes that applicants do during an interview with HR manager. |
