| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na fyzioterapii u pacientů s Bechtěrevovou chorobou. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána kineziologie axiálního skeletu, etiologie, patogeneze, stádia onemocnění, klinický obraz, různé možnosti diagnostiky, léčba a složky samotného vyšetření pacienta. V praktické části jsou vymezené cíle práce, hypotézy, kazuistická šetření třech pacientů, výsledky, diskuze a závěr. Výsledky kazuistického šetření dokazují, že fyzioterapeutickou intervencí lze zvýšit funkční zdatnost nemocného. Za určitých okolností je možné zvýšit pohyblivost páteře a také amplitudu hrudníku. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis is focused on physiotherapy for patients with Bechterew's disease. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, kinesiology of the axial skeleton, etiology, pathogenesis, stage of the disease, clinical picture, various diagnostic possibilities, treatment and components of the patient's examination itself are described. The practical part of the work defines objectives, hypotheses, casuistic investigation of three patients, results, discussion and conclusion. Casuistic investigations show that physiotherapeutic intervention can increase the functional ability of the patient. Under certain circumstances, it is possible to increase the spinal mobility as well as the amplitude of the chest. |
