| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá fasciální tkání a možnostmi, které práce s touto tkání, nabízí. Popisuje nejnovější poznatky a vědecké výzkumy, které aktuálně v této oblasti probíhají. Poskytuje též informace o současných terapeutických možnostech, jimiž lze fasciální tkáň ovlivnit nebo skrze ni působit na regulační, imunitní a regenerační procesy v lidském organismu. Přibližuje metodu fasciálního strečinku s prvky foam rollingu a hatha jógy. Na základě výsledků souboru 15 probandů, 7 žen a 8 mužů, s věkovým průměrem 29,8 let, předkládá relevantní vliv této metody na rozsah pohybu v kyčelním kloubu. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis deals with the fascial tissue and the possibilities, which work with this tissue, offers. It describes the latest findings and scientific research currently under way. It also provides information on the contemporary therapeutic options that can affect the fascial tissue or act through this tissue upon regulatory, immune and regenerative processes in the human body. It also approaches fascial stretching with techniques of foam rolling and hatha and jin yoga. Based on the results of a group of 15 probands, 7 women and 8 men, with a mean age of 29.8 years, relevant effect of this method on the range of motion in hip joint is indicated. |
