| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá image města Plzně pohledem jeho obyvatel. V teoretické části jsou charakterizované a definované pojmy. Jedná se o image, její historii, vlastnosti, komponenty, druhy, vytváření a analýzu. Dále pak image zaměřená konkrétně na město a městský marketing, který město ovlivňuje. Součástí městského marketingu jsou jeho cíle, úkoly, aktéři a dále pak marketingový mix a marketingová komunikace. Praktická část se věnuje představení města Plzně. Hlavní část je tvořena marketingovým výzkumem, který byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výzkum je zaměřen na vnímání města jeho trvalými obyvateli. Podle výsledků výzkumu byla navržena opatření, která vedou k posílení image města. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals the image of Pilsen city from the perspective of its inhabitants. In the theoretical part are defined terms. It is the image, history, features, components, types, creation and analysis. Further the image focuses specifically on the city and urban marketing that influences the city. Parts of urban marketing are goals, tasks, actors, marketing mix and marketing communication. The practical part is devoted to the performance of the Pilsen city. The main part is marketing research, which was implemented through a questionnaire survey. The research is focused on the perspective of its inhabitants. On the basis of research, measures have been proposed to improve the image of the city. |
