| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá sdílením dobré praxe v oblasti inkluzivního vzdělávání a uvádí poznatky o tom, jak toto sdílení probíhá a jaký má přínos pro zúčastněné. První část teoretické části diplomové práce se věnuje vymezení hlavních pojmů týkajících se inkluzivního vzdělávání a vysvětlení rozdílu mezi integrací a inkluzí. Dále pak předkládá shrnutí české legislativy týkající se inkluze a zaměřuje se na ukazatele úspěšné inkluzivní školy. V druhé části teoretické části je pozornost věnována sdílení dobré praxe, možnostem sdílení a vymezení konkrétních příkladů, jak se dá dobrá praxe sdílet. Výzkumná část se zabývá specifikací sdílení dobré praxe mezi zástupci partnerských škol. Pomocí ankety a rozhovoru jsou vyhodnocovány odpovědi na otázky týkající se sdílení dobré praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the sharing of good practice in the field of inclusive education and it provides information on how this sharing takes place and what benefits it has for the participants. The first part of the diploma thesis theoretical part deals with defining the main concepts of inclusive education and explains the difference between integration and inclusion. It also presents a summary of the Czech legislation on inclusion and focuses on the indicators of a successful inclusive school. In the second part of the theoretical part, the attention is paid to sharing of good practice, sharing opportunities and defining concrete examples of how good practice can be shared. The research paper deals with the specification of sharing good practice among partner schools representatives. Polls and interviews evaluate responses to good practice sharing questions. |
